Coffee Recipes: Brew Yourself a Hot Drink

4 cups of freshly brewed coffee

¼ cup vanilla syrup

3 tablespoons half and half

Stir vanilla syrup and half and half in coffee and serve.

Cinnamon Coffee

½ cup ground coffee

4 cups water

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Dash of ground nutmeg

Put cinnamon and nutmeg on top of grounds in coffee maker and brew.

Mocha Coffee

½ cup ground mocha coffee

4 cups water

1/8 teaspoon cardamom

A couple dashes of ground nutmeg

Put grounds in coffee maker and top with cardamom and nutmeg. Brew.

Espresso Italiano

2 shots espresso

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Lemon slice

Brew the espresso and place in small espresso cups. Stir in sugar and put lemon slice on cup.

Brandy Coffee

2 cups French roast coffee, brewed

2 teaspoons sugar

2 shots of brandy

Place sugar on bottom of cup. Add coffee. Pour in brandy and serve.

Irish Coffee

1 ½ cups dark roast

2 teaspoons sugar

2 shots Irish whiskey

½ lightly whipped cream

Place sugar on bottom of cup and then coffee. Gently pour whiskey next. Spoon in whipped on top and serve.

Coffee With a Zest

1 ½ cups dark roast coffee, brewed

2 shots kahlua

2 shots amaretto

2 shots Bailey Irish Cream

¼ cup whipped cream

Place the shots in cup first. Then add coffe and top with whipped cream.
