Coffee shops are a great place to go to get a nice, hot cup of coffee and study, read a book, surf the net, do some work, conduct some research, socialized, etc. That's why having a great and comfortable coffee shop in your town is a definite plus. Here's a list of the best coffee shops here in Daytona Beach, Florida.
- Caffe Latte. This coffee shop is located right on the beachside at 2506 South Atlantic Avenue. Plus, it has the most wonderful lattes, macchiatos, and espressos you will ever have the joy of drinking. And in the summer time, this is a great place to stop by and grab a cold, iced coffee or an iced, whipped-topped frappuchino. They're open every day from 8a.m. to 8p.m. and their prices range between one and five dollars a cup, depending upon what specialty drink you order. I would suggest their signature caffe latte. It's a creamy, unique take on the caffe latte and absolutely to die for.
- Java Junction. This is another great coffee shop. It's located on 1440 South Ridgewood Avenue and is open from 7a.m. to 9p.m daily. Weekend opening hours are 10a.m. This coffee shop has fantastic traditional coffee. It's not too strong or too week. Plus, it's only a little over a dollar. Their overall prices range between one and five dollars for coffee, and they offer donuts as well, which is a nice extra to a coffee shop. It's also a lovely atmosphere and the perfect place to sit for a chat or read. Also, the staff is very friendly.
- Seabreeze Coffee Connection. Now, this coffee shop is only open on Wednesday and Thursday at 8p.m., but it is well worth the wait. This is a coffee shop that has open mic, poetry reading, free expression, and live performances. Plus, they broadcast locally on television and radio. You have to keep your eyes are ears out, though, because sometimes they have special events on Friday and Saturday and may be open on those nights sometimes. This is always a fun nighttime coffee shop to visit here on the beach and a great place to hang out. It's located at 315 Seabreeze Boulevard and is considerably inexpensive. Their drinks are usually between two and six dollars a cup. I would suggest their espresso.
Those are the best coffee shops here in Daytona Beach, Florida. They are all well worth the visit and the money. Plus, they have the best coffee around.
