Café Terrace
Located on 20651 Golden Springs Drive, this family-owned place offers fresh deli sandwiches such a romain lettuce and pastrami, real fruit smoothies, gourmet coffees, and organic tea drinks. They also offer distinct light dishes such as Korean BBQ Beef Bowls and Teriyaki Chicken Bowls on their menu. All of their beverages and food items are decently priced under $10 and range from anywhere between $3 and $8. Their service staff is very friendly and efficient. The restaurant setting is set like that of a European-style and the place offers free wireless internet for all of their customers.
Café Verona
This place is located on 1138 South Diamond Bar Boulevard and specializes in breakfast food items and drinks such as bagels, croissants, egg salad sandwiches, and other homemade style sandwiches. They also sell distinct drinks such as gourmet coffee, unique flavored smoothies such a strawberry peach banana, and different blended assortments such as the Chocolate peanut butter blend. Their pricing is average and their setting's atmosphere really does resemble that of a café.
It's A Grind Coffee House
This establishment is located on 1223 South Diamond Bar Boulevard in the Albertsons/US Bank plaza (cross section of Grand Avenue and Diamond Bar Boulevard). This place also offers free Wi-Fi, as long as you purchase a beverage or food item from their shop. They will give you a code on the receipt that you will enter in the login menu that pops up on your screen when you try to connect to their internet. Their drinks and service are decent there and their pricings are less than that of Starbucks. Every time I go there, there are always customers present, but not to the point of being over-crowded so you can still have a place to sit somewhere and enjoy your drink.
Of course there other places to get coffee and tea drinks, but they specialize in more Asian-inspired drinks such as coffee boba milk tea and exotic fruit slushies. Such places include Tea Rush located on 2759 South Diamond Bar Boulevard, Lollicup Cool Zone located on 1122 South Diamond Bar Boulevard, and Tealicious located on 1155 South Diamond Bar Boulevard. All of these places offer relaxed, chill atmospheres and drinks at very affordable prices.
