Silverdale, WA 98383
United States of America
First of all, the physical address is 9601 Mickelberry Road NW, Silverdale 98383. The store is on the corner of Bucklin Hill and Mickleberry. It is very easy to see from the street due to its signage. This location offers a shared parking lot. The Creamery is located in a small shopping strip. I believe they need more parking. They also need a bigger store.
When I went to this location, the parking lot was full. Lines were coming out of the store and wrapping around the front of the building. That was not something I wanted to see. Of course, the temperature was 85. Others were obviously thinking ice cream sounded great, like I was. I waited. Yes, I waited. It gave me a chance to strike up a conversation with my in-line buddies. We were all talking about how the wait was worth it for the Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. I never thought I would see the day that I stood outside in 85 degree weather for an ice cream treat.
I stood in line for about 20 minutes. Once inside the store, I sensed an atmosphere of fun. Plus, the air conditioning felt great! While standing in line, it gave me a chance to check out their variety of items, combinations, and ice creams. It was overwhelming! Cold Stone Creamery in Silverdale certainly offers choices!
When it was finally my turn to be waited on, my server asked if I was familiar with the Cold Stone Creamery. I said I had. Then I was offered some samples of ice cream to help me decide which flavor I wanted. Of course, they all were delectable and creamy! I did not feel any pressure to hurry and decide which flavor I wanted. There still was a LONG line behind me, too! I appreciated that no pressure approach quite a lot. The Sweet Cream was just scrumptious! I ordered Sweet Cream with pineapple mixed in. So, I ordered a Like It! Size. I watched as the ice cream and pineapple were folded together on the chilled stone. It was fun to watch.
Once again, serving dish sizes consisted of Like It! (small), Love It! (medium), and Got To Have It! (large). That is a Cold Stone Creamery staple.
The signage, menu board, and display case were impeccably clean, well lit (if needed), and easy to read. The entire interior atmosphere was eye appealing. The temperature was pleasant, also.
There were seating tables and chairs both inside and out. That has been the same at each Cold Stone Creamery site I have visited.
The prices were high. However, I love Cold Stone Creamery ice cream so much, I relish the occasional treat. The lines were long, as mentioned. That is to be expected at this eatery.
Overall, I like the locations of other Cold Stone Creamery sites better than this one. I felt cramped here.
