In celebrity news today, Coldplay may get papers served at the Grammy's; Rod Blagojevich on the David Letterman show and the TODAY show;Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth come back together again as Donna and Kelly on 90210.

Viva La Lawsuit: Can I get a plagiarism lawsuit to go with my Grammy?

Coldplay may get more than an award at the Grammy's on February 8th. Guitarist Joe Satrian is suing Coldplay for allegedly stealing instrumentals from his song "If I could fly" and using them in "Viva La Vida" FOX news has reported that the firm representing Joe Satrian, may have Coldplay served papers at the Grammy's. I listened to the Joe Satrian song "If I could fly" on you tube and not being musically inclined, I did not hear any similarities. Then I watched a youtube video by Creative guitar studio here and after it was broken down, Yes it sounds the same. The Coldplay song "Viva La Vida" has been nominated to receive a Grammy this year.

Rod Blagojevich says he is innocent.

Rod Blagojevich appeared on the David Letterman show last night professing his innocence again.David Letterman asked Blagojevich "Why exactly are you here, honest to God?" Blagojevich said "I've been wanting to be on your show in the worst way for the longest time," Letterman quickly replied" Well, you're on in the worst way, believe me." It amazes me that Blagojevich can go on every show imaginable proclaiming his innocence. You can watch the Letterman and Blagojevich video here

Rod Blagojevich appeared on the TODAY show on Tuesday morning. In his interview with Meredith Vieira he said "He never intended to commit a criminal act." In the interview he compares himself to the many Americans that have lost their job. Seriously Blagojevich ? You are nothing like all of the hard working Americans that have had jobs cut by companies that can't make payroll. The 7,000 Macy's employees never tried to allegedly sell a Senate seat. I am certain none of the Circuit City or Home Depot employees who are losing their job are accused of selling Senate seats. Most of the people laid off are victims of a bad economy and Blagojevich is not a victim. As Justin Timberlake says "Cry me a river."

Original 90210 fans are in for a treat when Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth come back together again on the new 90210. Yes, Donna and Kelly will get back together again starting April 14th. The Huffington post has reported on their glorious reunion. If only Shannon Doherty would show up as Brenda, my husbands dreams will be fulfilled. I'll be sure to make sure the TIVO accidentally does not record that one.

Speaking of the lovely Tori Spelling, there is a little sibling rivalry going on between her adorable kids PEOPLE magazine reports. Tori's son, Liam, was very unimpressed when his little sister, Stella, learned to say Mama.
