College Football Predictions, Best Bets for Week 7

College Football Week 7 Best Bets. The best bets on the board for the fourth weekend of college football. Here are the College Football Week 7 Best Bets:

PITTSBURGH -4.5 over Navy

Navy just isn't the good team that they were last year and Pittsburgh is much improved. Add to that the fact that Pittsburgh is home and I think you have a nice Panthers cover.

Hawaii -19 over SAN JOSE STATE

Hawaii does not play as great off of the island, but this is a game that they need to have if they want to keep their BCS dreams alive. On paper San Jose State is no match for the Warriors, but I guess you never truly know.

NORTHWESTERN -7 over Minnesota

Minnesota is one of the worst teams in college football and like I have said before I will go against them any chance I get. Northwestern is a little better than people expect and this game is a home game for them.

South Carolina -6.5 over NORTH CAROLINA

South Carolina beat Kentucky to take control of the SEC East and they should be able to take on North Carolina at home. While UNC looked good last week against Miami, USC is a much better team than Miami and the Gamecocks defense should keep the Tar Heels in check.

MIAMI -2.5 over Georgia Tech

Georgia Tech is not the team that they looked like when the season was starting. They don't have a very good team and I do not see them going into the Orange Bowl and beating a decent Miami team. Miami should be able to cover a spread of less than a field goal.

Alabama -6.5 over MISSISSIPPI

Nick Saban had the Tide in the top 25 a few weeks ago and they will be hungry to get back there. Mississippi is just not a very good football team and Alabama should be able to steamroll them. The only trouble is that this is a conference road game, those are always tough.

Georgia -7 over VANDERBILT

Georgia took a beating last week from Tennessee and they will be out to prove themselves against Vanderbilt. This Vanderbilt team certainly isn't the one of Jay Cutler and they should be overmatched by the Bulldogs.

Baylor +25 over KANSAS

Who would have though that Kansas would be favored by 25 over any team when this season started. While Kansas has had a great season so far they have barely played anyone noteworthy, except for Kansas State. Baylor should be able to keep this game under a 25 point win for Kansas.

Tennessee -7 over MISSISSIPPI STATE

Tennessee showed how good they could be last weekend when they beat up on the Georgia Bulldogs. This week they have a much easier Bulldog team in Mississippi State. Tennessee should definitely be able to cover a one-touchdown line.

Bowling Green +2.5 over MIAMI (OH)

Bowling Green has gone into several big school's houses this season and made a game out of it. They have a very good offense and they should be able to score enough points to not only cover this spread but win the game outright.

OREGON -18 over Washington State

Oregon is seeing themselves climb back up the polls this week after their loss to Cal. They have no more room for error and they will be more than willing to take advantage of an overmatched Washington State in this matchup.

Wisconsin +6.5 over PENN STATE

Wisconsin was the number 5 team in the country before they lost to Illinois last week and this week they are almost a touchdown underdogs. Something just doesn't add up and I will take the points.

CALIFORNIA -14 over Oregon State

California finds themselves at the number 2 spot for the first time since 1956 and they will be in the mood to protect their perfect season. While Oregon State is a team that is capable of an upset, the Golden Bears will be more than up to defend their home turf.

LSU -9.5 over KENTUCKY

Kentucky took a big step backwards when they lost to South Carolina last week and LSU is a much better team than the Gamecocks. With all of the upsets of the past two weeks LSU would be very arrogant to look past Kentucky, especially with the recent success they have had.

MICHIGAN STATE -5.5 over Indiana

Michigan State is a pretty good football team and they are at home to play Indiana. While Indiana is not as terrible as they have been in years past, Michigan State should be able to win this game with ease.

USC -21 over Arizona

USC will be looking to make someone pay for last week's debacle and they will in no way be looking past Arizona because they cannot afford any more missteps. The Trojans are far superior to the Wildcats and they should be able to cover at home.
