When and where can you buy World Series tickets in Colorado? Rockies fans waiting since 1993 for a trip to the World Series will need to wait a bit longer -- until next Monday, Oct. 22 -- when World Series tickets will go on sale at ColoradoRockies.com.

The team had said previously that tickets could be purchased at the Coors Field box office and Rockies Dugout Stores. The club decided on Wednesday that tickets will only be sold online.

Coors Field will host Games 3, 4 and 5 scheduled for Oct. 27, 28 and 29. Tickets start at $65 for Rockpile seats. Club-level and infield box seats will set you back $250.

The club is limiting ticket buyers to 4 tickets per game per person.

For those living in a cave without TBS (or for those outside the Mountain Time Zone - and, yes, there is such a place) the Rockies squeaked into the playoffs on the heels of a win-or-go-home tiebreaker game against the San Diego Padres on Oct. 1. They've won 21 of 22 games, including 10 in a row and the first 7 of the postseason.

The Rockies await the winner of the American League Championship Series between the Cleveland Indians and Boston Red Sox.
