Recently, a new restaurant opened near my home, after a month or so my family decided to try it out. After two visits we were not disappointed.

The first visit was spontaneous, after hearing my mother in law had time off work we decided to take her and her husband out to eat. Colton's popped into our minds immediately and I am glad it did. Upon arrival we were greeted by multiple hostesses, our waitress took us to a table that we picked because we had my young son in his car seat. She was not the best server since she did not offer me a sling to place my son in, which I was not aware they had until my second visit. When seated we had a small pail of peanuts available to snack on, and you could tell that people often thew shells on the floor because it was very slick. It was an early afternoon so lunch was still available. The portions were large enough to be dinner at most places. The food had been prepared quickly and appetizers were on the table before we know it. We had tried the mozzarella sticks and the spinach artichoke dip. Both were fantastic. Our dinners consisted of various types of steaks and I personally had a full rack of barbecue ribs. The sauce on the ribs was unique, both zesty and sweet. We were served bread and butter, but the bitter was not needed due to the great buttery taste of the rolls. We were offered dessert but no menu was left at our table so we then paid our check and headed out. The price for the meal was about $90.00 for four meals with drinks and 2 appetizers.

A few nights later my husband and I invited his brother out for a dinner. The experience was similar to the first. We were seated immediately, although this time it was evening and surprisingly well managed for a rush and the server brought us a "sling" to place our son's car seat in. Our appetizer (the spinach artichoke dip) was again brought promptly to our table and or orders were out shortly afterwords. This time our bill consisted of three meals and drinks with one appetizer and came to about $50.00.

Pros: The service is prompt, you can snack on peanuts at your table, complimentary bread, convenient "slings" to place infant seats in, and courteous staff. The food is well worth the price and the menu is easy to read with all portion sizes listed.

Cons: Some staff are not as well trained as others, afternoon was less enjoyable than evening, the child changing station is inside the handicap stall so you must wait until it is not occupied. Dessert is offered but no menu is presented and the floor is slick and could potentially cause a fall.

Overall I would recommend this business, other than a few small cons it was a great experience and I do plan on returning myself.
