Columbia Gorge 2nd-Hand Store in The Dalles, Oregon, Helps You Save Money

I was recently shopping in The Dalles, Oregon, town and came across a neat little shop. This store is Columbia Gorge 2nd Hand Store in The Dalles. If your like me I can't pass up on a good bargain and so when shopping here I came across allot of good deals.

One thing you will find in this store is they have a very friendly staff. They are eager to assist you if your looking for something in particular. They have allot of beautiful items that I selected for my home and I came away from my experience with this store like I had won the lottery.

I was able to buy several pieces of items such as a beautiful glass butterfly for my sister in law who collects them. I also found they have a large selection of wicker baskets in many assorted sizes. They carry a huge selection of glass ware such as glasses, coffee cups and wine glasses and goblets.

If you are looking for depression glass ware or a decorative plate they have these as well. They carry a huge selection of clothing for all types as well as shoes. I found some cute lamps for my home here and their prices are very reasonable.

You will need to shop here frequently if your interested in a certain item. As many of you may know, items change daily with people dropping off donation's on a regular basis. I tend to shop here about once a week now so that I can snatch up the items I'm looking for.

If you are looking for books, tapes, magazines or even toys they have got you covered. The store is very neatly stocked as well as clean items. I found that some of their pictures were cheaper than some I've priced at yard sales.

I found a small wicker basket for 25 cents to hand on a wall shelf as well as several books and they also carry house hold items many need such as coffee pots and toasters. I did not see many pieces of furniture I was looking for but that does not mean you may find what your looking for.

I found some glass miniature frogs here for my niece who collects them and to me it was worth the trip just to be able to find these rare items. They also carry hurricane lamps as well as other wall decor you may need.

As many of you may already shop at second hand shops or thrift stores you will find that these stores do carry allot of seasonal items. This is a great place to get Easter items now for the up coming holiday as well as stocking up for the Spring.

These stores will also reduce these Seasonal items as soon as the Season is over, and that's when I love to shop at this store. You can really grab some great deals. I find that this store is greatly convenient to those locals in the area or if your new to the area you won't be able to miss this store.
