But if thats the case, then why is it that most people, just cannot get a six-pack, no matter how hard they exercise. Well it all comes down to two primary factors - diet and training.
Now lets tackle the diet factor first. An important piece of information that most people who want to get a six pack do not know is that, no matter how hard you workout, you can never out train a bad diet. A lot of athletes fall into the temptation of assuming that
because they are so fit, they can eat anything and get away with it, under the mistaken impression that their body "needs the calories". Thats utter rubbish.
That type of mindset, especially if it is adopted by recreational exercisers, actually ends up impeding your progress in getting six pack abs.
Now, in order to be able to see your six pack, you need to have a body fat thats about 10% (preferably lower), however since the body fat ratio of a lot of people (including the active ones) ranges in the double-digits, must of us will require a bit more work
out training and dedeication to a low-fat diet in order to get six pck abs.
Diet and Workout training are so intertwined, that you can do every single workout exercise you can think of, and you will still end-up wasting your time if your diet consists mainly of fat-ridden foods. So focus mainly on eating vegetables, legumes, and lean meat. Stay away as much as possible from fast-foods, and foods that are rich in fat.

Abs Workout Exercises
Now if you are already hell-bent on focusing on workouts in order to get a six pack, here are some helpful tips to help you burn off your belly fat and get six pack abs. Just remember to incorporate your abs workout routine with an excellent diet plan.
So long as you have no lower back pain history, the key to toning your abs is to work them to the point of exhaustion and constantly challenge them with new and more demanding exercises. Repeating the same old exercises is NOT the most effective way to tone up
your abs.
My personal favourite method of abs workout is using a BOSU ball, because it challenges your abdominal muscles in a way that burns off excess fat, and tones up your abs at the same time, and the inherent instability of the BOSU ball requires your abdominal muscles to constantly perform optimally in order to help you keep your balance, while you are performing the movements.
Performing a set of crunches on a BOSU ball is very different and FAR more effective than simply performing them on the floor. One of the secrets to toning and strenghtning your abdominal muscles is muscle activation. Basically what this means is that whenever you carry out exercises that involve more muscle groups , the greater the "burn" you are going to feel, and the stronger your abdominal muscles become.
Well then, having said that here are 3 BOSU ball abdominal workouts you can try out:
Crunches
Alternating Jackknife
Deadbug
And remember to incoporate a good Diet plan into your workout routine, I mean, whats the use of working out for 10-hours per day if at the end of the day, you gobble up every fat soaked food you can get your hands on.
