This past Sunday, Comcast Internet was down for much of the evening and into the night in much of the Midwest, including Royal Oak. Apparently, all of the outages were resolved by 1 a.m. Sunday morning. With many Royal Oak residents relying on Comcast Internet every day, there are certainly some unhappy customers.
If you'd like to voice your complaints to Comcast, you can call its customer service at 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278).
