Come Tour Costa del Sol, Spain
Neighborhood: Costa del Sol
If you enjoy endless beaches, magnificent weather, calming atmospheres, and excellent cuisine, then your next stop should be Costa del Sol, one of Andalusia's most glorious coastal hide-a-ways. The birthplace of Flamenco Dancing, Costa del Sol attracts people the world over who seek more habitable climes and a slower pace of life. The tourist season brings hundreds of travelers on holiday, but even more decide to make it their home, taking advantage of a rise in real estate property.

There is something for everyone in Costa del Sol, which is a retreat for all different kinds of people. More than sixty golf courses attract golfers who strive to improve their game, and hikers gravitate toward soaring mountain peaks. Surfers arrive ready to cruise the waves, while flora lovers luxuriate in Costa del Sol's many Mediterranean gardens.

Real Estate is an increasingly valuable economic factor in Costa del Sol, with its thriving array of apartment homes, townhouses, and villas. Whether you desire a portico overlooking the crystalline beaches or a bungalow nestled snugly in town, there is no limit to the things one can see and do. Residents of the UK, the Germany, France, and Italy are flocking to the beaches of Costa del Sol in search of quaint lodgings and extravagant manors alike. Southern Spain is rapidly becoming a scenic get-a-way where families and singles can enjoy all the Mediterranean has to offer.

Last year, homeowners not native to the region bought more than 65,000 homes in Southern Spain alone, 35% of which were located in Costa del Sol. Slightly more than 33% of properties bought on Costa del Sol are second homes, which account for approximately 30,000 residences, and the numbers are steadily rising as more people flock to the southern coast.

One of the most attractive features of real estate on Costa del Sol is the diversity. Choices range from fully furnished homes with unique architecture and staple Medditeranean décor, while others leave much to the immagination and are ready for ambitious homeowners to take over. One-bedroom studio apartments can be purchased for as little as Î68,000, while larger dwellings cost up to Î236,000. Town homes range from Î195,000 to Î250,000, and luxurious vistas scale the upper 140's to the lower 500's. Regardless of taste, pleasure, budget, or need, there is a place for everyone on Costa del Sol.
