Comedy Central's Aziz Ansair Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening Stand Up Review

Aziz Ansair is a stand up comedian who got his start on MTV'sHuman Giantand is currently staring on NBC's Parks and Recreation. Aziz has also been featured in a number of films and television shows since his big break, but nothing tops his performance in Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening. I watched the premier on Comedy Central my roommates and I loved every minute of it. It takes a lot to get us to shut up, but this did the job. His set is broken up into two parts. The first part is forty-five minutes featuring just Aziz making hilarious observations and experiences. The last fifteen minutes is Aziz as his character Raaaaaaaandy from the film Funny People who he describes as the rapper T.I. if he were a stand up comic. The first half was on normal Comedy Central the second half was featured on Comedy Central's Secret Stash and was uncensored. Raaaaaaaandy was just icing on the cake because you're already laughing to the point you can't stop and then he comes back out with a DJ, lights, and a fog machine all of which act as a rim shot for his honest, but unfunny jokes. It really is exactly like T.I. if he were a stand up comedian. Aziz is an amazing performer and if you like stand up then you'll love Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening. Every time someone comes over my house and they haven't seen it I make them watch it.
