Comic Con 2010 in San Diego, CA: Buy Your Tickets Now!

Nothing says excitement like going to Comic Con International 2010 in San Diego, CA; how often, in the regular, hum-drum, day-to-day workings of life, do you get to don tights and a cape, maybe a cowl, and venture out to save the day and meet all of your favorite actors and directors while doing it? The truth is, Comic Con is the ultimate escape, and so there's no question, really, why so many people are eager to go. What does this mean for you? It means, if you plan on attending, you need to buy your Comic Con International 2010 Tickets... right now!

Okay... technically, Comic Con doesn't sell tickets. But the idea is the same. You register with Comic Con, and they issue you a membership badge when you get there. This registration packet used to be available at the door, for those who hadn't gotten around to it earlier in the year. But now? The number of people interested in attending has continued to skyrocket, year after year, and Comic Con registration is only available in advance. What does this mean for you? It means, more or less, that if you don't buy your Comic Con 2010 tickets (okay, registration) soon, they may be sold out by the time you find the time.

Consider this: according to the Comic Con page, four-day membership packets are already sold out as of November 2009. These four day are, admittedly, a special bargain. You gain access to all four, riveting days of the comic convention, and choose to pay a little extra for the preview night - a special evening of view unseen television pilots, movies, and more. That are already gone, then, is no big surprise.

But this is a sign of things to come. As soon as the rest of the Comic Con 2010 tickets (registration!) go on sale, people will flock towards them, credit cards at the ready. If you want to gain admission into this huge venue, where television celebrities (like Family Guy's Seth McFarlane), movie stars (like Iron Man's Robert Downey Jr.) and all your favorite comic writers and artists have in the past come to present their work and lead discussions on the future of genre entertainment, then you're going to have to be quick about it.

Of course, this does present some disadvantages. The program schedule often isn't finalized until a month or so before the actual convention, so you may not know who is going to be attending when you buy the tickets. It's a gamble. Still, if you're a fan of any kind of genre shows, you probably will find something you like (the schedule is often extensive), so break out the cards, head to the Comic Con page, and get ready to buy your Comic Con 2010 tickets!

Is there any chance of getting a Saturday and Sunday admission ticket?
