You can decide to opt for a unisex name for your baby, which you can decide to name either a boy or a girl. Alex

There are several variations of this name. It is common for both boys and girls to be named Alex. Angel

Cameron

The name Cameron is popular for both boys and girls, but it seems to have been made even more popular for girls due to actress Cameron Diaz. Dakota

Hayden

Hayden is a name which is popular for both boys and girls. The actor Hayden Christensen and the actress Hayden Panettiere both seem to be causing more popularity for the name. Two other spellings for this name are Haden and Haiden. The name Hayden is of English origin and the meaning of it is "from the hay downs."

Jaden

Jaden is a common name for both boys and girls. In fact, according to some sources, it is ranked as the second most popular unisex name. It is expected to become more popular among boys due to Jaden Smith. Some of the other spellings for the name Jaden include Jaiden and Jayden. The American originated name means "combination of Jay and Aiden."

Jamie

The name Jamie is common among both boys and girls, though it seems to be more common among girls. Some of the other common spellings of the name Jamie include Jaime, Jaimie, and Jayme. The name which is of English origin means "supplanter." It is a variation of the name James.

Jordan

Jordan used to be a very common name for boys, which may be because of basketball player Michael Jordan or Jordan Knight of the former Kids on the Block. As of lately, it seems to be a very common name for girls as well. According to most sources, this is the number one most common unisex name. The other most common spelling of the name, which is typically used for girls, is Jordyn. The name Jordan, which originates from Hebrew means "to flow down."

Julian

The name Julian is common among both boys and girls. The most common variation of the name for boys is Jules and some of the most common variations for girls include Julia, Juliana/Julianna, and Julianne. The name, which is originated from the Latin culture, means "downy."

Mackenzie

While Mackenzie is a unisex name, it seems to be the most common among girls. It was at one point made popular by actress Mackenzie Phillips. With its Celtic/Gaelic origin, the name Mackenzie means "son of Kenneth."

Peyton

While the name Peyton seems to be more popular for boys nowadays, probably due to football player Peyton Manning, it is also very popular for girls as well. The name is originated from English and has a meaning of "from Pacca's town."

Riley

Riley is a unique unisex baby name, as it is fairly uncommon. It is a name which is pretty common among both boys and girls. Another spelling of Riley, though it is much less common, is Rilee. This is spelling is only typically used for girls. The Celtic/Gaelic originated name means "descendant of Roghallach."

Taylor

Taylor is a very common unisex name which seems to be equally common among boys and girls. The name can be found on many lists of the top five most common unisex names. It is an English name that has the meaning of "tailor."
