relate to people this day?
How can I show the
love I feel inside to each one?
Will I encourage and build up
or tear down and brush others aside
May I welcome each one as
nature welcomes us
May I celebrate each day
will all my brother and sister
And communicate the joy of living
May I invite them to the Dance of Life!
What does this poem mean to you?
May my song be one of joy!
Today I will encourage and give hope!
Reflection
Communication is so important. So many times are stress or unhappiness comes from mis-understandings and words spoken out of fear or anger. It's not only the words we say but how we say them. This is why I focused much of the book on meditation and being one with nature.
If we are comfortable with ourselves and start the day with a sense of peace and calm we are much more apt to bring this peace to others. If we feel are mindful of the small miracles each day and have a heart of gratefulness that will show in our relationships and communication.
What is it that we want to communicate to others today? What is the message we want others to receive? How can we bring the joy of life to each one we meet and let them know they are holy and cherished?
This may seem like an odd way to start the day. But no matter what job or acitivities we do each day we generate positive or negative energy. We can build up or tear down. We can make someone feel better for having talked to us or wish they had never seen us. The answers are up to us.
What does this reflection mean to you?
Thought for the day
How do I want people to feel after they meet with me today?
Today I will try and encourage and build up positive spirituality.
Who did I encourage today?
Was I able to great
everyone with a smile?
Did each person feel
better about themselves
after they saw me?
I reflect on my day and
Feel so grateful I was able
to spread the joy of creation
I reflect on the
times I could have
done more
I know tomorrow
I have another opportunity
To let each one know
they are to be
respected and
listened to with love
What does this poem mean to you?
May I bring the light of love to each one!
