About BPCC:
Founded in 1966, BPCC is over 40 years running. And is governed by the Louisiana Community and Technical College.
Enrolling about 5,000 students each semester. Besides academics,they also offer intercollegiate teams, organizations, service groups, and special interest groups for students. BPCC promotes workforce training, continuing education, and pre-GED prep.
A few courses offered:
Accounting, business, art, computers, criminal justice, culinary arts, film, drama, EMT, languages, literature, humanities, management, medical, music, automotive, zoology, teaching, and many more.
BPCC offers over 105 online courses (4 Associate Degrees can be completed online), and 21 Associates Degrees, 12 Certificates and Diplomas, 31 technical competency area programs and courses that will transfer. As well as non-credit courses.

Applying for Financial Aid could take up to 90 days after you submit ALL documents. To be eligible to receive Financial Aid, you must have a High School Diploma or it's equivalent. You must make payment arrangements the same day as registration. If you are not able to make arrangements that same day, then your class schedule will be dropped. Provisional students are not eligible.

You will get hands-on experience by working through projects that match your level of learning.
