There will also be opportunities to learn about ESF, other organizations and free legal referrals from HIAS and Council. The Partnership Community Development Center (CDC) and the National Nursing Centers Consortium will also be available to help provide social resources for anything ranging from the home to healthcare and education. The community will be very diverse with respect to cultural norms and that this is an opportunity to reach out and serve those in need of support and willing to receive educational resources to improve preventative health in the community.
It is vital that ESF as well as other community members continue to strive for excellence and move initiatives forward.
