Complete Free White Hat CPA System

Zac Linzmeier
The following is my exact system. I will setup a new campaign, from choosing an offer to everything else I do, and walk you through it. It is important that you note that this method will not be about taking the offer that I chose and copying word for word what I do but rather the promotional techniques that I use. You should choose your own offer in your own niche and then follow the techniques that I am about to show you in order to really earn. With that being said let us just jump right in and get going.

Choosing a CPA Offer

Choosing an offer is of course the first place to start. If you only have one or two CPA accounts then just browse for something that jumps out at you. This system can be geared toward anyone but I personally use it for 'free trial' type offers because they payout the highest. If you have multiple CPA accounts I recommend you use the search feature at http://www.offervault.com (you have to sign up but it's free). This will allow you to search by keywords and browse through offers on all of your networks at once so you can pick out the best paying ones without having to go through each network and take notes.

For the campaign I am about to setup I have chosen to go with a free trial for a weight loss offer called MegaLean which pays me $35.00 every time someone requests a free trial. They will have to input their credit card but are not immediately charged so keep in mind when promoting we're not going after 14 year olds but more that middle aged person Googling about how they can lose some weight.

There are literally tons of weight loss offers out there, in order to choose the best one I look at a few and decide based on the following aspects:

Price - I have to work at it a bit to get someone to whip out their credit card so I want one of the higher paying offers.

Landing Page - The advertiser's page needs to look good. I want it to be professionally done and have a strong call-to-action; something such as the fact that this deal is a limited time. I also want it to emphasize that their card will not be charged if they cancel before the trial period (usually 14 days) is up.

Conversion Rates - Although not that important since I look at the landing page and can usually tell if I can make it convert or not. Still, if stuck between two or three close candidates for an offer I will pick the one that others have converted with better.

I'm now going to purchase a domain for this offer. While you do not need to do this it will help you convert better as it looks cleaner and really you'll still turn profit after you get your first lead. I'm going to simply tack a redirect in for this domain. If you cannot afford $5 then you can always use the following redirect code and stick it as a page on an existing domain (name it '1.html' or something and upload it then you would promote 'yourdomain.com/1.html').

The following is going to be the code that I will use to create a redirect. Simply open a new Notepad document and copy + paste the following in:

Redirecting This page has moved, you will be automatically redirected...

Now pull up your chosen offer and get an affiliate link for it. If it gives you many options go with one for PPC as many PPC affiliates use redirects it will look natural. Replace http://www.YOURAFFILIATELINK.com in the notepad document with your affiliate link and save

and quit. Now rename this file to 'index.html' and upload it to correspond with your domain. You now have a domain that forwards to your offer for nice clean promotion.

Getting Leads

The rest of this report will be showing you how to get leads to the offer that you selected and set up. This is, of course, the hard part. Read through this first. After that you should setup an offer of your own and then refer to this step-by-step to promote it.

Article Promotion

This is pretty basic and you should already know it but it is a part of my strategy and I'm not leaving anything out. The idea here is that Ezine is an authority site and your article, with little to no backlink building, will rank at the top of Google for long tail keywords. I honestly don't do keyword research anymore because I do this so often but it's a good idea to sign up for AdWords and use their tool to get an idea of longer tail keywords (less competition) that still command decent search volume. I will generally write 2 articles for http://www.EzineArticles.com daily.

The main key here is to write your title and description based around the long tail keyword(s) that you have chosen. After this you will want to keep it short (250 words) to pump it out as quickly as possible and not bore your potential lead to death. Ezine is strict so be sure to provide info in the article and use your resource box for your call-to-action. I will give you an example of my first article here:

Title: Learn How to Lose Weight and Feel Better with Free Natural Diet Supplements

Description: If you are overweight then you need to read this and learn how to lose weight and feel like you have more energy with free all natural diet supplements. Learn more about free 100% natural diet supplements for weight loss here!

That's the stuff that will show up in search engines and it will do well because it demands to be read as well as repeatedly targets my chosen long tail keyword in order to rank at the top of Google.

Article Body: If you're looking to lose weight but still want to feel good then you've come to the right place. This article will help provide you with the information you need to know to diet the healthy way. No more expensive and uncomfortable drugs, no more ridiculous meal plans that ultimately leave you spending a fortune on food that has no taste only to be hungry and at roughly the same weight at the end of the night.

Natural supplements are really the only answer out there because they meet multiple criteria which include:

Appetite suppressing. You will eat less but at the same time not be left hungry and desiring that fast food every day.

Energy boosting. This will offset any adverse effects that may present themselves by eating less every day. By getting a boost in energy you will still be perfectly capable of functioning just like normal in day to day life and also not feel all jittery and uneasy as drugs would cause you to feel.

Price. Diet pills can be incredibly expensive but natural supplements are quite different. In fact with the decreased appetite they cause you may actually save money on the cost of these herbal wonders as opposed to what you would normally spend on the excess food that is keeping your weight up which you no longer desire.

If you've tried everything in the book and still are unable to shed those pounds perhaps it's time to try a new approach, a natural approach, to feeling and looking better without breaking the bank.

The aspects that are crucial to my article's body include:

Focusing on the long tail keywords you have chosen. In this example I play up the money saving aspect along with the weight loss aspect. If my keywords focused more on losing weight in a natural way only I would have focused entirely on that.

Soft selling. Be sure to emphasize the pro's of the product while pointing out the con's of whatever product they may already have/have tried. This is a good way to fill out the 250 word requirement and gently plant the notion that this is exactly what they've been after.

Keywords. Although your article will probably do fine with just the title and description using variations of your long tail keywords throughout the article gives an extra boost in search engine rankings which in turn gets you more leads.

Resource Box: If you're looking for a way to lose weight, the natural way, and feel better then look no further. MegaLean is offering a 14-day free supply promotional offer at their site to prove how well their natural weight loss supplements work. What are you waiting for, it's free and no risk involved!

Many people will use a generic resource box for their offer; I think this is a huge mistake. I tailor each resource box to the selling points that I used within my article. That's it, as I said crank out 2 of these a day and submit them to Ezine Articles. If they happen to not rank like you thought after a few days then go ahead and throw some backlinks at them. Over time you will be making passive commissions from these articles. If something happens to your offer you can always just switch up your resource boxes for another comparable offer.

Yahoo! Answers

Again another real classic here but still it is crucial that you understand what you're doing and that you do it properly. Take a look at this please to make sure you're doing it the right way!

The first thing to do is to create two accounts. Let me just point out that every day we are going to make 2 new accounts because eventually you will get flagged for spamming and your questions/answers removed. By using a ton of accounts you lose just a little work instead of all of it. When making these accounts please make sure that you:

Remove your Yahoo! cookies to stay off of their radar.

Change your IP address (if you can't do this by resetting your modem you can try using the free program TOR http://www.torproject.com ).

Once you have your two accounts it's time to get to posting some questions and answers. With the first account I will make about 10 questions for the day (this will be repeated every day). For today my questions will be:

1. How to lose weight the natural way?

2. Where to get free natural diet supplements?

3. How to lose weight with free natural supplements?

4. How to diet the natural way?

5. The best natural diet supplement?

6. How to get diet pills for free?

7. How to find free diet supplements?

8. Where to get free diet pills?

9. Where to get free diet pill samples?

10. How to get free diet supplement samples?

Again I do this daily so I have a good idea of the keywords to shoot for, don't be afraid to use AdWords' keyword tool to get some ideas though. The goal here is that your question should be a long tail keyword. However you have to take one other factor into account - make it look like it has the answer to your prospective leads searching in Google while at the same time phrasing it like a question so that members on Yahoo! Answers won't flag it. You will notice I always start with 'where' or 'how' and always end with a '?'. This makes it so it is readable as both an answer and a question for best results.

Now we're going to come back with the second account and answer each question. Be smart and use a bit of backstory or you'll just like a spammer. A good answer, as an example, to the question "How to lose weight the natural way?" would be something such as:

I tried a bunch of stuff and diet pills always left me feeling horrible and drained or anxious. I did manage to find a natural diet supplement though called MegaLean that's worked great for me. Actually they have a free 2 week supply promo going on right now at http://www.yourredirect.com if you're interested.

Add the account that asked the questions into a notepad document so you can come back in a couple of days and choose your answer as best answer. This will now dominate Google for your chosen long tail keyword while still appearing legitimate to the casual web surfer. That's all there is to this, just make sure you keep the things I mentioned in mind in order to get the most leads, keep your questions from being erased and hit the top of Google for your desired long tails.

eBay Want it Now

eBay Want it Now used to be a close little secret but it's still at the point where most marketers don't use it on a regular basis. It's a great tool for marketing free trials because these people are people with their credit cards in hand asking for a specific product and you're just going to help them find it. It's almost a guaranteed commission if you have any marketing savvy whatsoever.

The way that Want it Now works is it allows people to post ads for things they want on eBay. It is designed so sellers can then point them to an auction for their desired product. We exploit a loophole in this whole system which allows us to send them a message instead of pointing them to an eBay auction link.

First things first create an eBay account, doesn't need to be a seller one it's free and only takes a second.

Now head over to http://pages.ebay.com/wantitnow/ and start searching for related Want it Now postings. Something to keep in mind is that they don't need to be looking for your exact product. With this weight loss niche we can look for any number of products including exercise machines or workout tapes. Then I will send them a message saying something such as:

I saw you were looking to buy the *so and so* workout tape. I have to be honest with you, I used it religiously and it was a complete waste of time. If you're looking for something that actually works I've been using MegaLean for a few months now and its great (and natural). Anyways instead of spending cash on this tape they're doing a free promo right now at their site over at http://www.yourredirect.com if you're interested. Thanks and I hope I saved you some trouble and a few bucks.

If you can't figure it out the link for "Ask a question about this post" is what you want to be clicking on.

Hopefully this is pretty straightforward. I'll fire this up every day and go through all of the postings that I can find. Your conversion rates here should be really high if you come up with a good message to send to the user. Be sure to make it personal and relating to the product that they are searching for and how what you are offering is better.

Forum Marketing

Forums are a great place to market as in general they are based around a niche so all of the people will be interested in the same types of things.

My forum marketing strategy is pretty basic. I don't just go spamming with a sales pitch post but it will get deleted and you will be banned! Start out by Googling for something related, in this example "weight loss forums" or you could try "weight loss inurl:forums".

Just start registering to all of these that you can find (or handle doing in one day). Add a signature in all of your new accounts with something along the lines of "Free Promo MegaLean Natural Weight Loss Supplement". Of course you're going to want to link that to your redirect.

Now there are two different things that I do here. The first is to find high activity threads; these will generally get a lot of views and simply post an on topic comment. The second is I will head back to Ezine Articles and find a relevant article. Then I will make a forum post with this article (minus the sales pitch at the end). This provides two benefits:

It makes you appear to be knowledgeable and thus makes someone more likely to click your signature link.

You can choose good keywords for the subject of your thread and many forums are considered high authority so your post will now rank well in Google with your affiliate link at the end in your signature.

That's about it, I spend about 10-15 minutes on each forum doing this (make 1 thread and posting in all the active threads I can find) and then head to the next forum.

That was pretty basic, hopefully you get the idea. The main goal here is to not appear spammy and after some days you will have a lot of passive links out there on different sites for people to stumble on and earn you passive commissions.

This stuff, repeated daily, will make you sales for a long time to come as all promotion save eBay Want it Now stays out there for people to find for months to come. This is where I focus the majority of my work.

There is one other thing that I spend approximately one hour a day on. This is creating more redirects and a little trick for putting them at the top of Google for near any search phrase for about a day. This trick is using Digg.com as Google treats Digg.com stories as fresh and authority and gives them high spots for about a day even if they get no votes. My redirect file (index.html) is sitting around what I am going to do now is open it and save it as "1.html", "2.html", etc. until I get to 20.

Then I will upload all 20 of these to my host to correspond with my domain name that I was using for my initial redirect. The effect here is that each of these pages will redirect straight to the offer, with your affiliate link attached and you will be able to rank them for all kinds of keywords.

I will throw my first one through Digg (yourredirect.com/1.html) and submit it for a high volume semi competitive term such as:

Title: Get Free Weight Loss Supplements

Description: Get FREE weight loss supplements here. Check out this site for a free promotional of weight loss supplements.

Now just repeat this with all 20 pages that you uploaded. Although they only stay for about a day at the top of Google it will bring you in some bonus sales as it allows you to compete with the big dogs that do continual SEO to attain those search engines positions.
