Completing the Third Festival Quest in the 2011 Neopets 'Festival Of Neggs'

Miss Fortune
If you have been following the Festival of Neggs at Neopets you'll know that everyone has been waiting for the third quest to be revealed. Today was the day! After a lot of poking around and searching for baskets from the provided clues it has been solved and trust me, it is more than worth it to complete!

Once you accept the quest you need to go to Pick Your Own, pay the 400 NP and navigate around the farm.

From there you have to head to the Rubbish Dump
www.neopets.com/medieval/rubbishdump.phtml

Once you see the message go back to Pick Your Own
- some people have received the same message they got the first time around

From there you need to check out the following Neopedia article:
www.neopets.com/hero/showhero.phtml?hero=6

Get ready for some underwater fun when you head to Maraqua. Click the link in the banner to go to the page to collect the Slugawoo's that are scattered on the page. This is something that can be tricky. There are eight to collect; they are in the same spot for everyone but in a different order so what worked for one person will not work for someone else. The link: www.neopets.com/water/index.phtml

Once you get the message that you collected all of them you need to go to Edna's Tower: www.neopets.com/halloween/witchtower.phtml

You will have two links to click on her page and then you will go back to the Festival and hand the items over. When I got the message that the quest was completed and the "Blue Flower Easter Negg" was added to my inventory I also saw that I received a "Rainbow Slugawoo Background" and a (wearable) "Berry Splattered Apron".

How do you find all the Slugawoo needed to complete a portion of the task? I used this very handy map of them: www.neopets.com/~mszjenny

Once I had that page loaded I clicked until I found the first one that became highlighted with a little yellow box. It was trial and error to find them in the correct order but it does help to have a scrap piece of paper handy. Draw a box then put the circles where they appear on the page. When you find the first one put a number one in it, then click around until you find the second one. If you click the wrong one you will have to start over but if you have them numbered you won't have to try and remember what order you have already established.
