Conan O'Brien Tour: Team Coco Announces 32 City Tour

Conan O'Brien Brings His Unique Brand of Comedy to His People

Conan O'Brien fans are exuberant with the news that the Team Coco Conan O'Brien comedy tour will be coming to a city near you. It seems the rumors are true. Today, Conan O'Brien announced a 32 city tour that promises to bring his snarky yet fun humor straight to his fans. Embracing the Team Coco concept and his millions of fans on Facebook and Twitter, Conan promised his tour would be a "night of music, comedy, hugging, and the occasional awkward silence."

Saddened since Conan's last day on the Tonight Show on just a few weeks ago, Conan O'Brien fans will surely be excited at the news of a Conan O'Brien comedy tour that he described on Twitter as his "half-assed comedy tour." Skirting his agreement with NBC to not appear on television for several months, this 32 city tour should bring fans to Conan's comedy tour show in droves. As of now, the tour is expected to end in June - giving Conan O'Brien another 12 weeks before he can appear on television again. Does he have something in the works to return to TV? If so, the Conan O'Brien Comedy Tour will only make his fans more excited to see what his next television venture will be. And touring the country will surely bring him new fans who may have been on the fence as to whether they preferred Conan or Jay in the 11:35 p.m. NBC time slot on Monday through Friday.

The tour begins in, of all places, Eugene, Oregon on April 12 then travels to Vancouver, BC and the northwest of the United States and Canada before settling in to more expected bookings in California and Las Vegas. Most of Conan O'Brien's appearances will be large population areas of the west, midwest, and northeast United States. His only southern dates are in Texas (Dallas and Austin) and not surprisingly, Atlanta.

In a genius move, however, Conan's self-described "half-assed" comedy tour will make a stop in Manchester, Tennessee for the Bonnaroo Music Festival. Team Coco fans should be out in full force at Bonnaroo and he will share the stage with some of the best musical acts in the world. The Bonnaroo Music Festival is Conan's second to last stop on the tour (Atlanta, Georgia is the currently listed final stop) so it can be anticipated that Conan may have an announcement to make about his feature when he makes his stop at the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester.

Whether he announces his television future or more Conan O'Brien comedy tour dates is anybody's guess. But, surely, Conan O'Brien may be turning into NBC's worst nightmare.
