This healthy chili recipe is a combination of colors and flavors. Everyone will enjoy this tasty chili recipe and it is easy to make.

Confetti Chili

You will need:
Slow Cooker

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey*
1 onion chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped**
1/2 green pepper, chopped**
2 cans tomato sauce (or 1 large can)
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste
chili powder to taste
cumin to taste
garlic salt to taste

*When selecting ground turkey, make sure that you choose a low fat type such as 93/7.
**Red and green pepper can be replaced with yellow or orange peppers.

Instructions:
Brown ground turkey and add chopped onion and chopped peppers. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and garlic salt to taste. Place in Slow Cooker and add tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes - all undrained. Cook 8-10 hours on Low. This can be made on the stove, but using a Slow Cooker allows the flavors to mix and become quite tasty!
