Confirmed: Pops Fernandez and Jomari Yllana Have Split
It's No Surprise
Pops and Jomari have not yet commented on the issue, but it seems that the rumor is true. Jomari is neither confirming nor denying it, probably wishing to patch things up?
But really, the news did not come as a surprise to me. I mean, come on, do you really think that this relationship between the older Pops and the younger Jomari was for keeps? For all we know, it was just a libidinous attempt on Pops' part to attempt to make herself look "saleable" in the eyes of the people. After being dumped by Martin for another woman, it is no wonder that Pops wanted revenge. She transformed herself into a vamp, complete with all the physical enhancements allowed on her body.
It can be remembered that Pops also went out with model Brad Turvey and after their relationship ended, she took on Jomari Yllana.
Well, I guess we cannot really judge these kinds of affairs. After all, Eula did marry her younger beau. But as for Pops, I dunno. She used to be a level-headed, family loving woman. She used to talk about how happy her marriage was with Martin, how they keep it alive and growing, and how they have grown as a family. But somehow along the way, Martin got tempted and got involved with another woman.
Pops could have gotten up on a different note. But instead, she chose the path where she had relationships with younger men. I dunno how it could have salvaged her image and her self-esteem, but that is what she did. Her choices were questionable. But there is no question that she is a very good performer.
So for me, it is no wonder that her relationship with Jomari has ended. It was just a matter of when, like a bomb waiting to explode.
I hope she will find a nice gentleman who is willing to be her lifetime partner.

Hi,Pops my idol,how r u after the break up with Jomari, don't think it too hard, wala yon,nothing to loose, you're not deserving to have a boyfriend like him. Considering your status in life everybody knows Jomari is not the serious type of guy who is willing to marry you for the second time. Maybe time will come you'll gonna meet somebody not in showbiz after all you got the beauty and brain, use it wisely not only your heart says.God will surely give you better if not the best than Martin. We love you and Stay gorgeous as ever.

I disappointed with Pops liking Jomari because compared with Martin her "ex" sobrang layo to compare with esp. the status. For Pops, forget about Jomari, he's not menat for You.
I quite agree with all that posh post wrote. Also with that of merly. I Hope pops falls for somebody within her league in terms of intelligence, education (IS siya all throughout), age, maturity, etc.. Jomari jyst doesn't fit into the picture. Something is wrong with him in all departments. He dumped Aiko, and while in the process of dumping Aiko, took on Ara Mina like it was for keeps only for him to dump a shocked Ara. Hay!!! He did it again with Pops. Ang naiinis lang ako kay Pops kasi parang hindi taong matalino at parang sobrang kulang sa pansin at pinatulan si Jomari who is really below her league. I hope she will get up from this fall a much wiser and matured woman.
From the start of jomari and pops relationship we all know that it is not for good, jomari dumped young,beautiful ara mina and his former wife, how could this guy really fall in love to pops, in fairness pops is also beautiful ,she's not old but older than jomari, as i feel jomari used her in so many ways, he is not hot today, hehas no fix income and being with pops people talk about him and once again on the tabloids, about money we hear how that he asks from pops and maybe pops being insecure of their relationship has to use her money to keep him, jomari is not a guy for pops, she must learn her lessons of having affair with younger men
just think of herself being with them after five years and the more pains she will get.i wish pops to find someone her age to be with her for life, she deserves it. forget about jomari he has'nt finished yet his journey to find a stupid big fish,for sure pops was in love to jomari but it's abvious jomari did'nt,never.
