After configuration to your iPod device check, the internet connectivity with safari application. You can open any website in safari browser application. You can access You Tube, ITunes and many other applications.
If you have used the internet earlier on your device, after resume of internet connectivity you earlier opened applications will get activated automatically through Wi-Fi connection, and if you are connecting the application first time then Wi-Fi network will search for the connection first and as get a connection then your internet connectivity will be done. If you see the lock connection on Wi-Fi searched network then you have to enter the password to connect that device. If still not able to connect the internet then check connection settings in the device. Enter the SSID device id and network name manually.
When connectivity will be made in the iPod device to Wi-Fi network, one icon will be displaced on the iPod device on the top of the screen. As maximum bars you will see you will get the strong connectivity. That will help you to access the internet faster.
