Conrad Murray Leaves Court in Handcuffs

A Guilty Verdict for the Man Who Killed Michael Jackson, Conrad Murray Goes to Jail

Ms. Marie
The Jackson death trial ends in victory for the King of Pops fans, and Michael Jackson's family and loved ones. Justice was served when the jury announced their verdict - guilty. What Conrad Murray did was horrible and seeing him handcuffed gave many people of sense of restored faith in the justice system.

This landmark case will strip Conrad Murray of his medical license, he will never be able to kill anyone again. The Jackson death trial was intense, the evidence presented was very educational in a sense. We learned a lot about how easy it is for individuals to "doctor shop" and become dependent on prescription medication when doctors such as Conrad Murray abuse their powers. Hopefully, this sad but victorious case will bring about new laws and change to the way legal drugs are prescribed.

One other very important point that this case brought to the forefront is how vital it is to call 911 right away when someone is in distress. To hesitate could mean the difference between life and death.

Although, nothing will bring Michael Jackson back it is comforting to know that the man who killed him is behind bars, rightfully so. Since June 2009 Conrad Murray has went on living his life as if he were an innocent man, trying to convince the world that he did everything he could to save Michael; well Conrad the "truth" has finally been told. You are guilty of killing Michael Jackson.

Will Conrad Murray be sentenced to the maximum of four years, will he actually do any real time? Probably not, but at least now the world knows the truth about all that happened that dreadful day that shocked us and left three children fatherless.

Our prayers go out to the Jackson family, and to Kathryn Jackson we thank you for sharing your child with us over the years. Your son has touched the lives of so many people, his memory and legacy will live on forever. Prince, Paris and Blanket know in your hearts that your daddy is watching over you.

As a fan who was and always will be deeply saddened by the loss of Michael Jackson, I watched the trial without bias and carefully considered the evidence before concluding that Conrad Murray was in fact guilty. Justice for Michael!
