Considering Going Green? Consider Adding the Laundry Pod to Your System

Last month I got my water bill and was highly upset. It was way too high and I know exactly why it was high. My wife does laundry so much throughout the weeks that the water use is outrageous. I complained to my friend about the situation and he told me about a gadget called the Laundry Pod. I had never heard of this gadget before but it seems really interesting. He explained to me that it just might help cut the cost of my water bill, so I gave it a try. Since my friend had his hands on the Laundry Pod considering the fact that he works for a consumer research company, I got to actually experience the Laundry Pod and all that it had to offer.

The Laundry Pod is small enough to put under your kitchen sink. It isn't bulky and it doesn't take a huge amount of room. Unlike a regular washer machine, it's portable and can be taken just about anywhere.

Not only is the Laundry Pod small and convenient, it helps you save water. It doesn't take a lot of water to wash a hand full of cloths in the Laundry Pod. And for people who happen to wash their cloths in the tub, the Laundry Pod just might be something of a convenience.

I found the Laundry Pod a life saver when it came to my water bill. But my wife found it to be irritating and much more work. I would assume she feels this way because the Laundry Pod is so small. And she is only able to wash a certain amount of clothes. Which is true because using the Laundry Pod caused her to be overwhelmed with laundry.

Looking at the Laundry Pod you can't expect to do the same amount of laundry in one load as you would be able to with the Laundry Pod. But it's a lot more efficient than the washer is so I vouch for the Laundry Pod every time.

The Laundry Pod, funny as it may sound, was actually a salad spinner before it was a Laundry Pod. The researchers at RKS realized that women were buying the Salad Spinner to wash their cloths in. So over time, RKS slowly reinvented the salad spinner and turned it into a Laundry Pod.

I appreciate the idea and I also appreciate the fact that the Laundry Pod is eco-friendly and energy saving. Even though my wife doesn't like using it, I love the fact that I can take the Laundry Pod anywhere I might need a washer.

Not only can you save water with the Laundry Pod, you can re-use the gray water for your toilet. The Laundry Pod is also made from recycled materials but you wouldn't be able to tell that just by looking at it. You don't have to wring out your clothes manually, the Laundry Pod extracts water from the clothes.

The Laundry Pod is a great invention and i would recommend the Laundry Pod to anyone who needs to cut utility costs or just want to try something new, friendly to the environment and interesting.
