The site offered a tutorial almost daily via a webinar and conference call. I decided to give it the twenty minutes they requested and see if there was an easier way to navigate the site. I was honestly shocked at how complicated I was making this tool. After the webinar I was able to put my first newsletter together for my customers and I even created one for potential customers after that. When I look at the site now I see they've even provided a 1-800 number for anyone to call for one on one coaching. This is a great addition to an already proven tool and I know that if you give them the same twenty minutes I did you'll be on your way to creating emails, newsletters, and surveys that your customers will find exciting and worth the read.
I have personally created over ten different newsletters for my party planning team and created at least five different holiday emails I rotate with my customers to remind them of the great products I have to offer. There is even a feed that you can attach to your blog or website that allows them to sign up for your Constant Contact newsletters and emails or remove themselves if they don't want the information any longer.
For the beginner in any small business Constant Contact is a resource that allows you to always be a professional without hiring a marketing firm or personal assistant to get the same results. They will guide you every step of the way and continue to mentor you anytime you need it. The cost is very reasonable on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time so there really is no risk to see if you also can benefit from this wonderful tool for your party planning or small business.
