Consumers Are Complaining About the New Google Phone

Google Mobile technical support forum flooded with the mobile phone's "Nexus One" users, and acquired a number of technical problems faced by the consumers. According to Slashgear.com, they are complaining in the "Nexus One" technical support forum about the fact that the phone cannot switch to the 3G mode in the, and also the phone is constantly switching from 3G to EDGE connection, and vice versa.

Furthermore, it appears that many of the customers which are facing technical "Nexus One" problems, experience unpleasant matter: it appears the only way to get an advice from Google experts is to write them e-mails, because contacting via phone is not possible. Buyers, of the "Nexus One", are waiting for answers for days.

Disappointed consumers, faced with the technical "Google" phone's disruptions, tried to apply directly to the technical support services of the phone manufacturer company HTC and the U.S. mobile phone company "T-Mobile" which is distributing the phone, but then no one could help them, writes "Slashgear" .

According to a "Nexus One" owner, calling by the phone resulted in one and a half hours switching between one support desk to another. Another user reported that he waited 5 hours for a response from Google representatives, and finally got the advice to restart the phone and see if everything is fine now.

Google announced the "Nexus One" phone on 5 January. The true cost of Google's new phone is known today. It is established by the company "iSuppli".

They say that the cost of the phone is around 175 USD. Google "Nexus One" sells for 530 dollars online without a SIM card, and signing a 24 month contract with the U.S. mobile phone service provider T-Mobile, the phone will cost only 180 dollars.

The most expensive "Nexus One" component, according to "iSuppli", is company's "Qualcomm" chip set with a processor called "Snapdragon". It makes 20 per cent of the phone's total cost. The touch screen costs 23.5 dollars, memory chip - about 20 dollars,a video camera - 12.5 dollars, wireless communications module - 8.2 dollars. (Source: "CNet News")
