Customer Service.
From the initial telephone call to the install of the underground pet fencing the owner Jeremy Scarafino kept in touch and explained the process in great detail in how the install of the pet fence works and operates. Even after the install I can call Contain a Pet and I'll get an answer or a callback within a matter of minutes. If I have an issue with a pet collar or something on the pet containment system I can count on Contain a pet to be there as promised.
Installation of the Pet Containment System.
Contain a Pet worked with my schedule to come and do the install of the underground pet containment system. The company was on time and provided an install that was hardly noticed since they ran copper wire in the ground about 4-5" around the perimeter of my home. After the install Contain a Pet of Metrolina cleaned up the area in which they worked and left my property as they were never there. The installation didn't take but around 2 to 3 hours.
Pet Containment Equipment.
Contain a Pet of Metrolina pet containment equipment is very good in containing my pet. The system has a receiver located somewhere in a garage or area that has a plug in. Then the wires run outside down in the ground around the perimeter of your property. It even provides notification if something is messed up on the pet containment system such as a line break. The pet collars are light in weight and runs on a battery that last quite a while. There are different sizes to choose from based on the size of your animal.
One of the greatest things about Contain a Pet of Metrolina is that they came out and provided a free quote based on my needs. The system has worked to perfection in keeping my dog within my property line. The price of the system was reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. Upon ordering the service from Contain a Pet of Metrolina I contacted other local Charlotte, North Carolina pet fencing providers and read reviews about their service. I kept finding positive reviews on Contain a Pet of Metrolina and how the owner takes care of his customers and helps them protect their animals. Contain a Pet of Metrolina is on Angie's list that provides or recommends service providers that are great and Contain a Pet of Metrolina will take care of your needs.
Contain A Pet of Metrolina can be reached at 704-363-7187 for a no cost obligation quote to help protect your animals. Tell the person that answers the phone that Billy B referred you via an online review and see if they have any discounts available.
