I have blemish myself but at some point in my life I have it less than other. I find that taking good care of my skin and paying attention to what goes on my skin really helps keeping it in good condition. Most people are capable of having great skin and it's just a matter of paying attention to their skin caring pattern. Americans are so busy with their schedules that sometime they go to sleep without even washing their face. I know this is true because I have had days that I get zero hour of sleep in between the days and can't even afford to wash my face. My skin has gotten worse because of my busy schedule. I rarely have time to put creme on and give myself a facial. The day is hectic and I'm usually very tire by evening time and I have no more energy to do anything. Sometimes I don't even have time to eat. I know this is the pattern with most people. You just have to try very hard to put skin caring into your schedule and make it really works for you.
The lifestyles of most people make it difficult for them to take care of their skin and therefore most people have skin problems. If you want to help your skin out then you can try to change your lifestyle to a more relax and less busy one so that there's not a lot of stress on your skin. Lifestyle has a lot to do with our skin and our health. If you are busy most of the time and you drink 10 cups of coffee per day, that can damage your skin too. If you don't get enough sleep, your skin will look very dark and undesirable the next day. Most people have experience the low sleep appearance before. Sleeping enough will help your body to relax and replenish and in turn your skin will look better.
Smoking and drinking won't help your skin to get better either. You have to cut down on smoking and drinking if you want good skin. If your career rely on your beauty then it's imperative that you don't smoke and drink. The food and substances that we put into our body will express it result on our skin. Therefore, if you put in food that don't work well with you then your skin will show it.
Wearing less foundation and makeup in general will help improve the tone of your skin. Foundation and makeup can clog your pores and give you a darker, less desirable complexion. You should try to wear little dust of organic powder wherever needed. You should wear sunscreen beneath your makeup and moisturizer as well. If you want to start treating your blemish, you can buy vitamin K cream because it's very potent. I have use vitamin K before and it clear out my blemish within days. There are also other correction cream that can work as well as vitamin K. If you have try everything and nothing works then you should consider laser treatment because it will erase your blemishes.
