The unexpected premature finish to NBA star player, LeBron James' playoff run has stirred up much talk all around the media. It has been the norm to turn on the computer, get on the internet and in some way notice news about the alleged affair that many believe lead to the Cleveland Cavaliers not playing like themselves and losing in the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals.

LeBron James' Unexpected Performance

According to The Wall Street Journal, going into game 6 LeBron James was perhaps coming off the single worst game of his career and although he finished game 6 with a triple-double, he also finished with 9 turnovers and shot only 8-of-21 from the floor, which was definitely lower than his usual precision. It wasn't difficult to notice that James wasn't at all himself. It was very out of the ordinary for fans to witness James perform the way that he did.

With the playoffs as a time for NBA players and teams to step-up with more effort than ever before, James' record low shots from the field, high amount of turnovers and general lack of character on the court caused confusion from every direction. It didn't take viewers much to notice that something was indeed wrong.

Not too long after the Cavs were eliminated from the playoffs a very surprising rumor of James' teammate, Delonte West and LeBron's mother, Gloria James having an affair broke to the surface. This was primarily spread by general media and blogs, no credible sources immediately mentioned the probable affair. More than a week after these allegations sparked the internet, there is still much debate to whether or not this story holds any truth.

With the alleged rumors surrounding multiple games in LeBron James' Eastern Conference semi-finals performance, he is also heavy in NBA news for his future NBA plans.
