Cookie for Breakfast?

Metabolism Revving Snack for People on the Go

Emilia Zs Rak
All night long while your body rests your metabolism slows in order to conserve energy. Think hibernation. Most people choose the single biggest mistake they make all day long regarding their eating habits by skipping breakfast. They delay breakfast for several hours claiming they aren't hungry when they wake up or convince themselves they just don't have the time. So they've sabotaged their fat loss efforts two-fold.

1. They've wasted all of those "active hours" that could have been spent burning extra calories by choosing not to eat shortly after they've woken up. The body doesn't get jolted out of its hibernative state just because you get out of bed. Most animals that hibernate don't spend the majority of their time putting on make-up or getting the kids out the door while they get themselves wherever they need to be by a certain hour. Animals who wake from napping for months have one task in mind, and that is finding food and eating it. Since we aren't bears finding food is usually a matter of walking into the kitchen. Eating that food shouldn't require that much more effort.

2. Instead of eating and jump-starting their metabolism, a person who chooses to skip the first meal of the day will continue to burn calories at a similarly low metabolic rate. Food has a thermogenic effect. Eating causes our metabolism to rise. This one is a no-brainer. When you eat a few mouthfuls of food your rev your metabolism and you give your brain and body the fuel it needs to function more optimally.

But didn't I say cookie?

Cookies are ready-made, require no effort to consume, aren't messy and the perfect way to effectively use portion control. No need to measure or weigh, cook or bake. Just open the package and eat on the go if you must.

No I haven't lost my mind because I am not talking about every cookie. I am talking specifically about Visualis Nutra-Cookies. They are the perfect serving size for anyone who claims they aren't hungry for the first few hours after waking up (obvious sign of a sluggish metabolism). They are made with all-natural ingredients, contain anti-oxidants, tri-sorb protein, and fiber.

I know, the description sounds delicious. Ok, maybe notsomuch. We've all found that when a product claims to be so good for you it usually tastes like caulk or card board. I've had both flavors: oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip. If I didn't see the nutritive content on the packaging I would have never known the difference. Meaning, I would have assumed they were "plain old" cookies instead of the good-for-you mini-meals.

Each cookie contains 150 calories with a macro breakdown of 6g of Fat, 19g of Carbohydrate, 9g of Protein with 5g of fiber.

So instead of going to the drive-thru at the fast food place on your way to work/school (Don't deny it.) or running on empty until noon just have a Visualis Nutra-Cookie shortly after getting up. I guarantee you within a few hours (usually by the time you get to work/school if not sooner) you will feel hungry. This is your body's way of saying, "I'm chugging along full steam ahead. I need some more gas, boss." And then make it your business to have a few more morsels of good food. After a few days of this you will see that you feel better physically and mentally. After a few weeks you may even notice a drop in body fat; that is if you continue to eat sensibly through-out the day and move about every chance you get.

Visualis products can only be obtained through private product representatives. For more product information please contact Mrs Agnes Vigh at agnesvigh@gmail.com or 732-310-0857. Or you can look her up on Facebook
