• Melted white chocolate

• Cream cheese frosting

Steps for Decorating:

1. Dip bon bons in either white or milk chocolate using a toothpick.
   
2. Place on sheets lined with wax or parchment paper. Let chill overnight.
3. Roll rum balls in colored sugar (in lieu of white confectioner's sugar).
