Excellent classes that include the cooking lesson, a dinner, and even a wine tasting - all for just $50 a person! The class starts with a wine tasting, with a selection of over 20 flavorful and very unique wines. Then the class moves into the kitchen and enjoys some tasty appetizers as the Chef speaks. He will demonstrate how the appetizers are made and prepared, and then he will move into preparation of dinner. Then, the class will actually enjoy dinner with wine, dessert, and coffee. It's a great class to spend time with your honey or friends - hence the name "an intimate evening"!
