Corsair Flash Survivor Thumb Drive: Product Review

I recently purchased the Corsair Flash Survivor Thumb Drive, and was really impressed with this product. I love all the room on it, and the price I paid for it was definitely a great deal! Prices for this product are reasonable, but I found it a really great purchase for me. I purchased mine on newegg.com for $19.99 (4 Gb), and it was worth it. If you're looking for more space, it also comes in 8 Gb, 16, and even 32 Gb! The space on this drive is really useful. I use it to store a lot of my documents, music, pictures, games, and many more. This is perfect for any college student, like myself to store all their files on, and it still lets me have extra room for things such as pictures. There are several different uses for this drive. I went from having a kingston 2 Gb thumb drive, and thought it was the best thing ever. That is, until I ran out of space to store my files. So I definitely had to upgrade to one of these babies, and it was worth it. I have never had a problem with this thumb drive, and don't think I will any time soon.

The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it's kind of bulky, but despite that fact, this product was a great purchase. It is far by the fastest USB drive I have bought, and this driver will never let you down. It's called the survivor for a reason! You never have to worry about someone sitting on it, or someone spilling water on it. They're made with anodized aircraft-grade aluminum (*which means you could drive a car over one of these, and it wouldn't do any harm whatsoever). I love this product, it's very unique and well-designed. It's also perfect for someone who has kids or pets. I've always had bad experience with kids, pets, and electronics. Those three things just don't play well together. I have a 4 year old that is fascinated with putting things in water to see if they float, and I just so happened to leave my thumb drive on the kitchen counter. The next thing I know, I was looking all around the house for it, and found it in the sink. Let's just say I got pretty lucky, because the Corsair Flash Survivor Thumb Drive is also resistant to water, which basically means this driver will never let you down.
