There are many reasons many women teens decide to do cosmetic plastic in today's market, but they do not know the consequences that surgery brings to their health. According to www.surgery.org, "teens view plastic surgery as a way to fit in and look acceptable to friends and peers." On the other hand, adults see plastic surgery as a way to stand out from the crowd. But how will they deal with the facts that they will not be the same person as soon they get out from the operation's room? Teens and adults think that body image and self esteem can be fixed and improved with a cosmetic surgery. Many people think that significance in life depends on the way one person looks; I feel that appearance does not determine your success or you are in today's society. Some teens believe their self esteem can be improved with plastic surgery only. They do not learn to value themselves as they are.
Cosmetic plastic surgery has caused many controversies among celebrities and people are keeping an eye on them on how they look or dress. Because celebrities depend on their look to make an income, they are constantly improving their appearances with cosmetic plastic surgery. According to www.breastimplants4you.com, "the word surgery comes from the Greek word plastikos, which means to mold or to fold." As the definition says, surgery is used to remodel or restore any part of the human body such as the injured or misshapen parts of the human body. Cosmetic plastic surgery has become so popular that everyone thinks it is okay to have one at anytime. According to research, it is perfectly fine to have a reconstructive surgery if one has a defect in an area of his body. For instance, a birthmark is an acceptable excuse to have a reconstructive plastic surgery on the body. It does hurt to have it done, because you are trying to fix a disfigured spot that you were born with. Nevertheless, cosmetic plastic surgery is not a great motivator for everyone. Some people get depressed before and after the surgery. While some people think that plastic surgery can be a great motivator that helps teens to get motivated in their life. This is an actual secret weapon that helps them to stay on track during this competitive race of life. This weapon can actually creates a sense that cosmetic plastic surgery can make your body perfect and glamorous like a goddess or god of the universe. But the truth is that one will never will one hundred percent satisfied with their appearance. Teens usually dream about having a glamorous body for the rest of their life. Even tough, cosmetic plastic surgery makes you believe that you will feel confident all the time, people's self esteem may improve a little of bit if they feel good about their body after the surgery. Otherwise, they do not love themselves and they will not feel confident when they talk to people. One cannot base their confidence on their body only. Teens and women want to look beautiful into their own eyes. They want to look like their favorite idols. While most surgeons tell their patients that cosmetic surgery is affordable. According to research, it is not reasonable to get them in debt with something that do not generate profits from your pockets. One might look good for a little while, but after the years, gravity picks up on everyone's skins and things start falling down like everything else in earth.
Cosmetic surgery may improve appearances, but it will never reach to its point where you are perfect completely. According to www.awfulplasticsurgery.com, depression is one factor that most doctors avoid to tell their patient during the visit to their office. Depression hits every patient who wants to do surgery and it can come in the form of stress, trauma, fear, complications, and guiltiness, etc. Also, some of the major complications, symptoms, and risks that most patients might experience during their surgery time are the following: death,, brain damage, heart attack, temporary paralysis, anesthesia complications, blood clots, abnormal heart rhythm, stroke, and airway obstruction. One cannot blame nobody if the surgery goes wrong. This is the reason why I believe cosmetic plastic surgery is not the best thing for everyone, because you never know what is going to be your final outcome. Doctors cannot guarantee you that you will come out successfully from the surgery's room. The results are unknown and it is like a game where you never know if you win the game at the end of the play. Nobody can improve the self-esteem than yourself. One can be his own surgeons. There are many natural products that one can do to improve their appearances. One can spoil his own body without the pain and struggles of needles, knifes and anesthesia over his body. One can feel confident of his body, rather than waiting in the hospital's room without knowing the uncertainty of the surgery. The body is the greatest treasure that everyone has. It is not worthy to waste it on torture devices like needles or knives just to change your appearances for something that you are never meant to be. Love yourself and treasure what you are given in life. Cosmetic surgery is not the last thing for body's improvement. Exercise and proper nutrition can be the best methods to change your body appearances.
