Cosmetics, Cancer and Women: What is the Connection

It may be costing you more than you think to look beautiful. What risk will women take to feel and look beautiful? Women at times take it to the extreme to find the right cosmetics and fragrances that make them feel like a woman. It is important for women to feel feminine and smell good. What are the risks you will take to make this happen, or do you even know what you are putting on your face and spraying on your body?

These are the studies conducted on cosmetics and fragrances. Things you should know about what ingredients are in most of the every day products you're using. There are other products to watch out for as well. These products include hair coloring, shampoo, and conditioner. These products are listed on a hazard scale. Zero through ten, ten being the highest and more hazardous to use. Zero through two, low hazard, three through six, moderate hazard, seven through ten, high hazard. Ingredients in some products are linked to cancer, allergies / immunotoxicity, violations, restrictions and warnings, developmental/ reproductive toxicity. Some of the name brand products and more expensive products are ones you will find on the list. This can only prove you're not always getting your monies worth. This should also make women pay more attention to what ingredients are in some of these products. Below are just a few examples of products. Some of the company's other products have ranked as low as a one or two; others have ranked as high as a ten.

These are just to mention a few and it doesn't stop here with women at risk.
