Cosmic bowling, which is also known as glow bowling or moonlight bowling, is a popular activity among teenagers, college students, and even other adults. Some bowling leagues even reward junior bowlers with this kind of night out.

In this unique activity, usually held in the evening, bowling lanes go all out with laser lights, fog machines, disco balls and jukebox music. Some or all of the pins may be different neon colors and bowlers may receive a reward for knocking down certain colored pins. Some also have food and drink specials during cosmic bowling.

So if this sounds fun to you, regardless of whether you are from the area or visiting, there are a few bowling alleys that offer this special. Here's a guide to some of the places where you can go.
