Back to basics cosmopolitan drink...
~ 1 ounce vodka of your choice (my choice is grey goose)
~ Cranberry cocktail
~ Highball glass
1. Mix 1 ounce of vodka with cranberry cocktail into a shaker.
2. Mix to suit your taste depending on alcohol strength. Start with lesser cranberry cocktail. Add little by little until you are satisfied with the mix. If you are adding vodka, do so with half a jigger every time.
3. Shake.
4. Serve on the rocks.
5. Enjoy!
Just my twisted cranberry cosmopolitan drink...
~ Frozen martini glass
~ 1 ounce vodka of your choice (my choice is grey goose)
~ Cranberry cocktail (with a splash of orange juice)
~ Crushed ice
1. Place Martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. Mix 1 ounce of vodka with cranberry cocktail into a shaker with crushed ice.
3. Mix to suit your taste depending on alcohol strength. Start with lesser cranberry cocktail. Add little by little until you are satisfied with the mix. If you are adding vodka, do so with half a jigger every time.
4. Shake.
5. Take martini glass out of the freezer.
5. Pour.
6. Enjoy!

~ Frozen martini glass

~ Raspberry cocktail (with a splash of lemon juice)
~ Crushed ice
1. Place Martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. Mix 1 ounce of vodka with raspberry cocktail into a shaker with crushed ice.
3. Mix to suit your taste depending on alcohol strength. Start with lesser raspberry cocktail. Add little by little until you are satisfied with the mix. If you are adding vodka, do so with half a jigger every time.
4. Shake.
5. Take martini glass out of the freezer.
5. Pour.
6. Enjoy!
Ferdinand Magellan (around the world) cosmopolitan drink...
~ Frozen martini glass
~ Splash of Triple Sec
~ Splash of lime juice
~ 1 ½ jigger vodka of your choice (my choice is grey goose)
~ ¼ cup cranberry cocktail
~ ¼ cup raspberry cocktail
~ Crushed ice
~ Mixed sugar and iodized salt on a saucer
~ Wedge of lime
1. Place Martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. Mix ingredients (splash of triple sec, splash of lime juice, 1 ½ jigger vodka, ¼ cup cranberry cocktail, ¼ cup raspberry cocktail) into a shaker with crushed ice.
3. Shake.
4. Take martini glass out of the freezer and dip glass tip on sugar and iodized salt.
5. Add a sliced wedge of lime on the glass
6. Pour.
7. Enjoy!
