1 cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Cottage Cheese
3 Egg Whites
2 teaspoons Vanilla
dash Salt

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.2
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, or in the microwave for faster results. Set the the melted chocolate to one side.3
Mix all the other ingredients in a stand mixer, or mix with a hand-held mixer. The speed of the blades breaks the cottage cheese into smaller pieces.4
Pour the melted chocolate into the cottage cheese mixture and mix until smooth. Add the mixture to a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.5
Let the brownies cool and cut into smaller pieces with a sharp knife before serving.Tip
For an extra touch of sweetness, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of the cooled brownies, or serve with vanilla ice cream.
