Clackers, otherwise known as Klik Klaks, are two small hard balls connected by a long string. Most clackers are difficult to find since they were deemed a hazard to young children. Nothing like tossing two balls into the wind hoping to avoid impact, fun times - old toys.

Large Ultra Man action figure was by far one of the best toys. The toy stood tall, waistline, with that Ultra Man metal shine. It could have been plastic, or metal, but either way, Ultra Man no longer remains one of the popular heros, by decades. And to find robots like the ones they used to make is like searching for a screw in a pile of scrap metal. Mostly now plastic, and probably more effects. Ultra Man had only a couple of features, including manual flying skills.

Peddle metal fire engines, the vintage toy that could last for years. Having four brothers and sisters shared some unique hand me downs. But they don't make them anymore, at least not with metal. And to imagine life without that metal fire engine would be a life of big wheels. Sounds good, but always missing something.

Wide ranged colorful rotation lamp is a holiday treat each Christmas. Sure, it was the seventies, it was post groovy - pop culture style. They were on sale back then. Each winter the colors would rotate against a large silver tree window display at our home. It was beautiful at night all due to the wide ranged colorful rotation lamp. However, that too, has fallen short due to safety issues. The bulb was a basic spotlight and the plastic, if left on, could burn or melt. But they were quite a colorful show back then.

Pop Rocks, the bomb back in the day, left mouths snapping and popping, popping and snapping, snap, crackle, pop. Absolutely one of the favorites that had little to no competition prior to creation. Pop Rocks marked a new wave of vintage candy to come upon release. Our family owned a store, Pop Rocks sold best out of all the candy sales.
