Not only is this app good when traveling but it can aid investors too. Imagine population information and crime statistics at the tip of your fingers. This helps with risk assessment when considering buying in a particular area.

The real estate profession can use this app to get a sneak peek of a neighborhood before visiting. It may feature videos and pictures of requested areas to give a feel for the area.
