CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
When we arrived we were greeted by Kim at the front desk. She was very pleasant and answered all our questions. Freshly-baked cookies were on the counter for the taking. Kim then gave us our keys.
THE ROOM ITSELF
The rooms were very attractive in appearance. We were welcomed with an inviting scent that made you feel like you were at home. Comfortable bedding framed the queen size beds. Pillows were nicely displayed in white crisp cases. Extra bedding was in the form of a comforter placed on the top rack of the closet.
There was a huge dresser for storage as well an end table strategically placed between the beds for your miscellaneous items.
An ample-sized desk provided extra space for storage and/or computer use. The rooms were equipped with wireless internet.
Besides a large television, guest rooms came equipped with a microwave oven and refrigerator. This is especially good for those traveling with a family or those bringing left-overs back to the hotel after a dining experience.
The bathroom was clean in appearance with a tub, shower, toilet and large sink. An outlet for a coffee machine or curling iron was also in here.
There was a good supply of bath linen and complimentary bars of soap, lotion, shampoo and tissue.
AMENITIES
For those wanting to get some form of exercise a room with weights and various pieces of gym equipment is located on the first floor. There is also an indoor heated pool. Valet and coin-operated laundry was also available. An elevator came in handy especially when taking our luggage to our guest room.
MEALS
A complimentary breakfast was also included for visitors to enjoy. A variety of pastries, bread, fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, hot and cold cereals, waffles, milk, coffee, tea, water and juice were neatly arranged in a small but cozy room. The worker greeted us warmly and inquired of any needs we might have.
Guests could avail themselves of a complimentary copy of a USA Today newspaper in the lobby along with a computer.
EVENING SNACKS
A light snack was served in the lobby during the evening hours.
CONCLUSION
This hotel offered the amenities that you would expect from a larger chain. We found the rooms to be comfortable and well-cared for. Without hesitation I would stay here again.
