Country Living Vs City Living

What works for you and your family the urban city life or the rural country life? All families have their own opinion about these thing. It's funny how people adapt to things differently there are different things to consider when making a moving change. A person who have lived in the city population may find it really difficult to get adjusted to the country life, and vice versa. Country life has lots of open road, rural areas and lots of farm land. Country living is always less populated and have much smaller towns you know the type of town where everybody knows your name.

If you don't have a automobile or not interested in getting one, then country living is not for you because in the deep country their is no type public transportation not even taxi's your family will need access out of the house, but if you don't have a vehicle this will be a downer for you and your family. Going to the grocery store or even to work can be a problem if it is not in walking distances. The cost of living in the country is cheaper as far as your living arrangements, but if you are traveling by car it will take extra gas because of the distance between the shopping places.

In the city area, the average person either catches the city buses, a taxi cab or subways to get around. These people love the attraction of downtown high rise buildings and the skyline. Some people love living right in the heart of the city so they normally rent town houses, apartments or buy homes. This way they are always close to everything they will need, but because of the high populations it might take one hour to go ten miles. This causes difficulties trying to get to work on time. You'll really have to plan accordingly to rush hour traffic. When normally you can travel ten miles of country area in about twelve minutes.

Country living is much more quiet and a slower pace living more easier to relax in a setting like the country. City living their is always noise from talking and walking, vehicles, horns, aircraft, sirens and more. You have plenty of bars, stores, and night clubs that stays open 24 hours a day, but some people love the fast pace life.

Country people get more experience with cutting glass, mosquito's, landscaping and riding dirt bikes as well as four wheelers through the fields, and wild life areas. City life it never slows down. What ever it is that you need or where ever it is that you need to go, transportation and businesses are always open 24hrs a day. So it's pretty much whatever fits your lifestyle. I find it amazing when people from the country move to the city and can't adjust to the pace. Some of them have never caught a subway.It's also amazing to me to know some adult people come from the city and have never drove an automobile nor have ever cut grass before.

So I think if you are undecided about what's for you,I think you should get a little taste of both.If you live in the city, try to visit some family in the country for a week or two and vice versa for whom live in the country already. It should be a fun experience for you. Also along the way you will realize how educational it is to experience different lifestyles. Note that if you have plans of re located to an area that you are not familiar with you might want to consider the differences in the area that you plan to reside in do your homework first.
