Beef O' Brady's - Located at 2309 S. 3rd Street, Beef O' Brady's offers a Kids Eat Free deal on Tuesday nights from 4 - 8 PM with each regularly priced adult meal. This is for kids 12 and under.
Denny's Restaurant - Denny's has two locations in Terre Haute - 3442 S. US Highway 41 and 233 S. 3rd Street. Kids Eat Free on Tuesdays and Saturday nights from 4 - 10 PM. You can get up to two free kids entrees from the kids menu for each one regularly priced adult entree. This is for kids 10 and under.
Fazoli's - On Tuesdays from 5 - 8 PM, an area of the restaurant is reserved just for kids and their parents - enjoy crafts, games, food and fun! Kids meals are only .99 with the purchase of an adult entree. Fazoli's is located at 2940 S. 3rd Street in Terre Haute and the website recommends that you call ahead to make sure Kids Night is on.
Golden Corral - Every day, all day at Golden Corral, kids ages 3 and under eat free from the buffet with the purchase of an adult meal. Golden Corral is located at 10 West Johnson Drive.
Lone Star Steakhouse - Located at 3060 S. Highway US 41, Lone Star offers a Kids Eat Free Day on Tuesday - up to 2 kids meals for kids 12 and under per adult entree purchased. This offer is not valid with other coupons, discounts or deals and is available for dine-in only.

Toys R Us - Join Geoffery's Birthday Club by clicking here and you can receive a birthday party planner, a birthday card and gift, in-store celebration and a birthday call from Geoffery the Giraffe. The gift is usually a coupon. If you bring your child into the store on (or around) their birthday, you could use your coupon and get the in-store celebration which includes: a birthday crown, a balloon and an in-store announcement about the birthday boy/girl.
Terre Haute Children's Museum - Send your children's names, birthdates and address to info@terrehautechildrensmuseum.com to join the Birthday Club. They will receive a birthday greeting and coupon for a free admission with one paid adult to the museum the month of their birthday. Limit one coupon per person for children ages 1 to 12 years old. Terre Haute Skate World - Book a skating party online and save $5. Wednesday nights are Family Night - skate from 6:30 - 8:30 for a $1. (Skate rental is extra.) Bogey's Family Fun Center - Located at 3601 Union Road in Terre Haute, Bogey's is a place for family fun and entertainment, birthday parties and group events. Vigo Bowl - At Vigo Bowl, open bowling on Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM is only $1.75 a game, rather the normal $2.75. (Shoe rental is $2 a pair.) Vigo Bowl can be found at 210 South 9 1/2 Street or online here.
Free Entertainment, Education and Events
Vigo County Public Library - In addition to having tons of books and educational materials, the library also has lots of events going on such as after school activities for kids, book sales and story times for little ones - dates and times can be found on the Schedule of Events.
Clabber Girl Museum - At the Clabber Girl Museum you can experience and learn about the history of one of the oldest brands in America and home baking. Take a look at the exhibits in the museum and stop off in the Bake Shop to get a treat. Many events are also held throughout the year, which you can read about here. The museum is open from 10 AM to 6 PM on Monday through Friday and from 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturday. It's located at the corner of 9th and Wabash in Terre Haute.
Terre Haute Action Track - The Action Track is a half-mile dirt race track. Kids 12 and under are free all year long to the races at the Action Track! Read more about it here.
Terre Haute Community Band - The Terre Haute Community Band is composed of volunteer musicians from all over the Wabash Valley. Each year they perform a series of outdoor summer concerts, free to the public. Read more about them here.
Terre Haute Fire-Police Museum - The Fire-Police Museum is located on 8th and Idaho Streets. You can see Terre Haute's first horse-drawn ambulance, first motorized fire truck and displays of fire-fighting equipment, among other things. The museum is open from 1 to 4 PM on Sundays from May 1 to September 15 and admission is free - see here for more.
Swope Art Museum - The Swope Art Museum is located at 25 S. 7th Street in Terre Haute and showcases American art, with special emphasis on twentieth century art and artists from the Wabash Valley. The museum is open from 10 AM to 5 PM on Tuesday through Friday and from 12 PM to 5 PM on Saturday. Admission is free to the public but a donation is suggested.
Parks - Terre Haute has many community and neighborhood parks available to it's citizens and visitors. Deming Park is the largest and is the home of the Spirit of Terre Haute train and Holly Arboretum. Dobbs Park has a Nature Center - which offers many free (or close to free!) classes and events - and Native American Museum. Many of the parks have swimming pools, hiking trails and playgrounds.
