Crack pie sounds like something you shouldn't be talking about or indulging in. In reality, crack pie is a delicious dessert for Christmas and anytime you want a sweet treat. With an oat cookie crust and creamy vanilla sugar filling, crack pie could definitely be addictive!

Jezebel reports Anderson Cooper was co-hosting Regis and Kelly and admitted to submitting to crack pie while watching Battlestar Galactica. I decided to find out more about crack pie because I love a good dessert. My first job was working at a bakery. After gaining 10 pounds, I quit!

Anyway, The Agitationist offers a great recipe for crack pie so check it out. It isn't hard to make and sounds absolutely yummy. Can you imagine what your family and friends will think when you tell them the dessert is crack pie? You deserve the chuckle after all the hard work you did to put together a happy holiday.

Who is the creator of crack pie? Christina Tosi, a New York pastry chef, created crack pie which is now featured at David Chang's Momofuku Milk Bar restaurant. In New York Magazine Restaurants, Christina talks about crack pie when she created it working at WD-50, "They would always tease me for eating all this candy and sugar, so I thought it would be funny to make this sugar pie."
