Crank: A Review of an Action Packed Movie

Crank is about a hit man named Chev Chelios, who is poisoned by his enemy. The poison he is injected with is called "The Beijing Cocktail." It's the deadliest poison in the world. The poison is meant to stop his heart. So he has to keep moving because if he stops, he will die. His outrageous attempts to keep his heart beating involves getting into fights, driving super fast, having sex in public, stealing, snorting nasal spray, and drinking tons of energy drinks. He also has a girlfriend who doesn't know he is a hit man. She thinks he is a video game programmer. Chev was hoping to get out of the crime business and start a normal life with her but his main goal now is trying to stay alive. Will he find a cure?

Crank is the best action movie I have seen in a long time. Every moment in the film is filled with action scenes. The movie stars Jason Statham as hit man Chev Chelios. Amy Smart plays his girlfriend Eve. Efren Ramirez who also played Pedro in Napoleon Dynamite, plays Kaylo. There will be a sequel. Its release date will be in 2009. In the sequel, a Chinese mobster steals Chev's heart and replaces it with a battery powered heart which needs several jolts of electricity to operate. What new ways will Chev do to keep living?
