Ingredients

Serves 1
1/2 lb. Dried Beef (shredded)
2 c. Milk (cold)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3-4 Tbsp. Flour
4 Tbsp Butter
to taste salt
to taste pepper

Directions for Creamed Dried Beef

1
Shred dried beef. Fry the dried beef in butter, just until the ends for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side. Mix the milk and flour together (I use a wire whisk so it will not form lumps). Slowly add the milk mixture to the dried beef and stir continuously until the milk thickens. Once thickened add the Worcestershire sauce. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Can be served over toast, bread, buns or biscuits. Enjoy
