Most people know what a Myspace is and you may be spending a lot of time on yours or your friend's Myspace page. But do you envy how some Myspace pages or other websites such as Livejournal and Xanga have some great gadgets? Below are 6 websites to spice up your page.

Cool Text- Cooltext.com is a website where you can create cool styles of text to post on your page. You first pick a logo style and or a logo button. You create the text you want it to say. After your item is created, you can download, e-mail or get the HTML code. If you're unhappy with your creation, you can re-edit it. It's a pretty basic website and best of all currently free. http://www.cooltext.com

Pimp My Yearbook has some great holiday related items such as the Christmas Tree decorator. You can decorate a tree with lights and ornaments and then have your friends leave you gifts. They can send you anything from a frappuccino, cash or even a car. Once an item is picked, your friend can choose what kind of gift wrapping and include a message with the gift. Or how about a birthday cake decorator that includes icing, borders and even candles. If you're into horoscopes, then the Magic 8-ball or fortune cookie toy may be the item for you. There's even Valentine and New Year's flash toys. If flash toys aren't your thing, check out the word generators and backgrounds that you add to your page. Ever wonder what it'd be like to be on the cover of a magazine? You can see for yourself on Pyzam. This website has a fake magazine maker that's easy to use. You'll need an image to upload and then create whatever text you want your magazine to say. Then you can upload the magazine image onto your profile. Want to send some love? Then check out the kiss booth flash toy. You simply upload your picture and wait for your friends to send you kisses. Or pick up the Telling Roses toy that allows you to send roses to someone. There's even graphics that have an easy to use quick post allowing you to post fast to websites such as: Myspace, Friendster,Livejournal, Facebook, Blogger and many more. Ticker Central is another basic website that allows you to create countdowns for everything from trying to conceive, birthdays and holidays. This website does require a free user name and password along with e-mail to use these countdowns. The good thing is you can go back and edit the dates if you need to on your countdown rather than creating a new one. The countdown allows you to create a small amount of text. An example of a countdown would be "Only so many days till..." and then the rest is filled in. Note that there isn't much room for text. Ticker Central allow you to choose from small images to go next to the countdown along with different backgrounds. http://www.tickercentral.com

For the girly girl Dollie Crave is a great website to check out. It has Myspace layouts, glitter texts and the cute dolls such as girly girls, couples and holiday dolls.

The website also includes quote banners about pregnancy, love, summer and more. If you leave or have a lot of comments on your blog, you may want to check out the comment graphics. Currently all items are free and include the code to post the item. http://www.dolliecrave.com

Google is well known for it's search engine but what many don't know is Google also offers gadgets for your web page. There's categories such as news feeds, weather, communication, even daily bible verse or inspirational thoughts from the talk show queen Oprah. Want to learn Espanol? Google has a gadget that offers a word daily word. Adding any of the gadgets is easy with the simply copy and paste code. There's a lot of other websites online but many offer the same gadgets as the websites above. Make sure what you use is free and isn't stealing from the creators. Keep in mind that if you use gadgets such as the free magazine creator and don't want others to view your photograph, set your profile to private. Or on some websites as "friends only" depending on which website your blog on.
