This is a unique and creative Easter centerpiece, that will be easy for you to make and cheap as well. Your guests will think it's beautiful, especially since it's edible too. You can set this centerpiece in the middle of your Easter table right before your guests arrive. You could even have the kids help make this centerpiece, since it includes making some cupcakes and coloring Easter eggs. Here is how to make your own Easter cupcake tree centerpiece.

ITEMS NEEDED: You will need a few items to get your started on your centerpiece. First, you should get a cupcake tree stand from the store. They are usually plastic, but you can find other kinds as well. Then you will need a box of cupcake mix and icing. You can usually find Easter cupcake kits in the stores right around Easter time, this will allow you to make some pretty pastel colored cupcakes for the holiday. You will also need some Easter grass, the kind you put in Easter baskets. Finally you will need eggs and an Easter egg coloring kit. Easter eggs coloring kits come in all kinds these days. You can even find really fancy ones that make your colored Easter eggs look very professional.

CUPCAKES: First you need to take your cupcake mix and bake your cupcakes by the direction on the box. Next, use your cupcake icing and ice the cupcakes once they cool and decorate them to your liking. Add some pastel sprinkles to make them look like spring.

EASTER EGGS: Next you can start coloring your eggs. First you will need to either hard boil your eggs or blow the yolks out of them to get them ready to be colored. To blow the yolks out, you simply poke a hole in each end of the egg and blow on one end to try to get the yolk to come out of the other end of the egg. Once your eggs are ready you can use your Easter egg coloring kit to start making your Easter eggs beautiful and ready to be displayed.

MAKE THE EASTER CUPCAKE CENTERPIECE: Once your cupcakes and eggs are ready you can set up your centerpiece. First, take a tiny bit of the Easter grass and place it on each spot made for cupcakes to set on the cupcake tree stand. Then you simply place an Easter egg in one spot and then a cupcake in the next spot and then another Easter egg and so on. Simply go back and forth until all of the spots on your cupcake tree stand are filled. This is an excellent centerpiece that you will be proud to set on your Easter table.
